Aaron has spent more than 16 years in the residential care market and has personally assessed over 15,000 homes — working alongside pest-control, HVAC, and crawl-space companies, and learning exactly how a house breathes, drains, and holds up over time.

Along the way he saw the same problem again and again: the companies homeowners rely on hired salespeople, not trained crawl-space technicians. Their priority is closing the sale, not diagnosing your home. Many of the "inspectors" they send spend less time in a crawl space than the homeowner does — which leaves you guessing about who's being honest.

A 30-year sales veteran, sixteen of them in residential services, Aaron started JAGS to change that. The mission is simple: be an advocate for the everyday homeowner — arm you with real knowledge so that when you sit down with a repair company, you already know what's true, what's urgent, and what not to fall for.
