JAGS Consultants provides independent, advisory home consultations — primarily crawl-space assessments — for homeowners in and around Apex, North Carolina. Our role is to educate you about the condition of your home and your options. We are not licensed home inspectors, and our assessment is not a licensed home inspection or a substitute for one. We do not perform repairs and we do not sell repair products.
An assessment reflects our professional opinion of observable conditions at a single point in time, based on what is reasonably accessible during the visit. We cannot detect concealed, inaccessible, or future conditions, and we do not guarantee that every issue will be identified. Any decisions you make based on our guidance are your own.
A standard assessment is $250, paid in full at the time of your visit—no deposit is required. An optional follow-up verification visit is $50, scheduled and paid once your repair work is complete. For locations outside our normal service area, any travel arrangement is quoted and agreed with you in advance. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us as much notice as possible.
You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the areas being assessed (including the crawl space), to disclose known hazards, and to ensure pets and obstructions are managed. We may decline or stop an assessment if conditions are unsafe.
To the fullest extent permitted by North Carolina law, JAGS Consultants' total liability arising out of or relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the assessment. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
